Announcing: New Marketing Lab Leadership

President: Emily Tracy

Emily spent her time before coming to the BYU MBA program working in preconstruction services for Layton Construction. In her free time you can catch her performing in a show at Hale Sandy, tie dying, or performing aerial acrobatics! Emily is interning with Amazon this summer and is excited to be leading the marketing lab!

VP of Business Development: Emma Lahti

Emma Lahti, the incoming VP of Business Development, is from Buffalo, NY. She loves to be outside in the sun, sing, read, and have fun with family and friends. A fun fact about Emma is that she was born in Singapore and she loves Asian food.

Most Relatable Bird: Kestrel

VP of Operations: Braeden Paskett

Braeden’s small town past can’t hold him back from dreaming big. He aspires to be a brand manager for Vans or M&M’s—along with Iron Man’s successor. His friends laugh at him for ordering lemonade at a soda shop (quote “hugging a stripper”), and the first item on his bucket list is to explore an abandoned amusement.

But if you want more basic stuff: Love paddle boarding. Talented baker. Incoming intern with Ford Motor Company.

Most Relatable Bird: Hummingbird. I just don’t know how to chill.

VP of Project management: Taylor Ball

Taylor is a man of mystery. A traveler to over 20 countries, he lived on the road for six months. He is well known for bringing his 8-month old to every zoom meeting and his 2 am chats on the MBA Marvel Slack Channel (Yes it is a thing).

Most Relatable Bird: Chicken Little

VP of Marketing: Lauren Bushnell

Lauren joined the Marketing Lab as an excuse to make more PowerPoints and chat about marketing while casually drinking Spindrift. If she were to describe herself in one sentence, she’d say she is a brand and logo fanatic, a die-hard Golden State Warriors fan, and a slight shopaholic who chews way too much bubblegum for her own good.

Most Relatable Bird: Toucan. Specifically Toucan Sam

vp of analytics: Casey Christensen

Casey worked as a consultant for a digital marketing agency before returning to BYU for an MBA. He is a fan of puzzles, books, and camping. You might find him in his basement building Arduino based, 3d printed gadgets.
